Registration for the Ontario Youth Team try outs is now open. This is a great opportunity for all players from both an exposure stand point, but also to see how they compare against the best players in our Province. 2019 Ontario Cup Tournament (17U):

The Ontario Cup is the start of the selection process that determines the players that comprise the Ontario Youth Team which will represent Ontario at the 2019 Canada Cup in Regina, SK.

Date and Location:

There will be 2 tryouts, one in Windsor April 27 & 28, and one in Vaughan May 17-19. Players will choose which location they wish to attend on the registration form.

40 players will advance to a 2nd camp in early July at Vaughan Grove Sports Complex .

Registration:

Players register individually for this event through our online registration form. The fee for 2019 is $195.00. An additional fee may be required at either the 2nd Camp stage or for the players who make the final roster.

Eligibility:

Only players registered with a Baseball Ontario program, including a PBLO program, or a recognized program, are eligible to participate in the Ontario Cup Tournament. This is a 17U tournament, and birth dates go by the calendar year. Please read the Eligibility Page of our website for up to date information.

Refund Policy:

Your entry fee includes a non-refundable deposit of $50. Cancellations received prior to the close of online registration for the Ontario Cup will be refunded less the non-refundable fee. After that no refunds will be issued.

Schedule:

Every effort will be made to play a full schedule. The schedule may be altered or shortened to compensate for inclement weather, and no refunds will be offered. Players should expect to be onsite all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Schedule is subject to change.

If the entire event needs to be rescheduled for any reason, you will be notified by email of the change(s) and the same refund policy will apply.
